Dutch report highlights exposure to nanomaterials in consumer products |

The Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) has publisched a report highlighting suncare cosmetics, DIY coatings and adhesives, personal care products and cleaning products as high priority areas for research to determine consumer exposure to nanomaterials.
The RIVM study aimes to fill a knowledge gap on the use of nanomaterials in products and determine in which applications nanomaterials are most commonly used today and which of these is likely to lead to highest consumer exposure.
